In the highly desirable area of Nijmegen-Oost, a furnished 16m² room has become available in a classic townhouse. The property is ideally located just a 2-minute walk from the city center. We are seeking an international housemate who values the significance of a cleaning schedule and has an established social life. While we maintain our independent lives, we do enjoy a pleasant house evening on occasion, where we participate in various activities together. Nevertheless, we primarily uphold a calm and serious atmosphere within the house, offering a conducive environment for peace and quiet. Though much is possible with us as we place great importance on mutual respect and open communication for maintaining harmonious cohabitation. You will share the toilet and shower with four other housemates, with the benefit of a private kitchen in your room. The house is equipped with fiber-optic internet and TV connection. The garden, perfect for enjoying beautiful weather in the summer, and a covered bicycle shed are available for use.
