The KLIKenHUUR website connects candidate tenants and landlords. This is the only service that is provided by KLIKenHUUR. It is solely a platform for home seekers and landlords.

However, in order to conclude a rental agreement and complete all procedures correctly, much more needs to be done. All of this can be arranged via the KKVV property management system. The use of the KKVV property management system is free of costs and, when you place an ad on KLIKenHUUR, you can arrange everything else in KKVV. Obviously, as a landlord you can also arrange everything through a rental agency. This goes as follows:

When placing an ad, you indicate how many candidate tenants may respond (minimum 5 – maximum 15).

When placing an ad, you indicate which selection criteria apply. If you don’t change anything, no specific selection criteria will be applied.

When placing an ad, you indicate when the application period ends. This period always ends as soon as the maximum amount of candidate tenants have responded to the ad.

After the previous steps, you or your rental agency can handle the follow-up process in KKVV:

1. The selection criteria will be applied and the candidate tenants who meet these criteria are invited for a viewing;
2. After the viewing, candidate tenants must indicate whether they want to rent or not;
3. If multiple candidate tenants are interested, an order of candidate tenants is determined based on the selection criteria. If this is not possible, there will be a draw;
4. KKVV contains current ROZ contracts (these contracts are recommended by Vastgoed Belang) and the personal details of the selected candidate tenants are already stated in this contract when you download the contract;
5. You and the candidate tenant can sign the rental agreement digitally in KKVV;
6. As soon as the rental agreement has been concluded, the other candidate tenants will receive a message indicating that the procedure has been completed correctly and that, unfortunately, no rental agreement will be concluded with them for this accommodation;
7. You will receive an accountability document from KKVV indicating how the procedure was executed.
