KLIKenHUUR is a new rental platform for tenants and landlords. A new platform is necessary since the in 2023 introduced legislation Goed Verhuurderschap forces landlords to search for new tenants in a different way as before.
KLIKenHUUR aims to be the largest and most important provider of accommodation in the region of Nijmegen and Arnhem, where the principles of Goed Verhuurderschap are being followed.
KLIKenHUUR also aims to provide a platform that is easy and safe to use and that meets the needs of both tenants and landlords.
KLIKenHUUR helps to connect tenants and landlords while complying with the national legislation. Examples are referring to the different municipality reporting points, the selection procedures and selection criteria (which are provided on this website).
On our website, we bring together supply and demand with regard to accommodation and support decent tenants and landlords in their search for renting or renting out rooms, studios or apartments. KLIKenHUUR is not a real estate agent, a mediator or a landlord, but is a neutral, online platform.
Where other rental platforms only bring supply and demand together, a landlord who uses KLIKenHUUR can also use the KKVV application to arrange the other parts of the process. For this purpose, the KKVV Foundation has entered into an agreement with KLIKenHUUR. The complete follow-up process includes applying the selection criteria; drawing up the (ROZ) rental agreements and concluding these rental agreements (digitally) and, finally, managing the entire rental period with the KKVV application.
By using KLIKenHUUR, a landlord demonstrate that he or she complies with the legislation Goed Verhuurderschap.
